Refunds Policy
At Web Bird Groups, we aim to deliver high-quality digital marketing services to all our clients. Since our services involve time, planning, and resources, our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both parties.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your project or subscription with us within 7 days of making the payment, provided that work on the project has not yet started.
Once work has started (for example, strategy creation, content planning, design, or ads setup), a cancellation fee may apply, and only a partial refund may be issued depending on the amount of work completed.
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
If you cancel within the allowed time frame and no work has started, you will receive a full refund.
If partial work has been completed, we will deduct the cost of work already done and refund the remaining amount.
No refunds will be issued after the completion of the project or after content and campaigns have been delivered.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
Services that have already been fully provided (e.g., ad campaigns, completed posts, delivered designs).
Monthly retainers or subscription packages after work for the month has begun.
Third-party costs we incur on your behalf (e.g., ad spend on Meta, Google Ads, influencer payments).
Process for Refunds
To request a cancellation or refund, please contact us at webbirdgroups@gmail.com with your project name, invoice number, and reason for the request.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days, using the same payment method used for the order.
